In order to properly schedule and prepare for your group(s) and assign the necessary trained staff, we request that you select and commit to one of the following packages at least three weeks prior to your event date(s).
- 1 1/2 hours $18 per participant
- 2 hours $22 per participant
- 3 hours $30 per participant
Some general terms and conditions...
- In order to reserve a time period, minimum group size is 10, even if less than 10 people comprise your group.
- Fees include harnesses for all participants. All participants must be tied-in and belayed while climbing or supervised while bouldering by a GSR staff member.
- Participants must wear athletic footwear. Climbing in sandals or flip-flops is not allowed. Climbing shoe rental is available at the gym for individuals at the time of the visit for an additional fee of $5 per pair.
- Participants under 18 years of age must have a release form signed by their parent or the group leader at the time of, or before, the group's arrival date. Please photocopy the release form and distribute to your group.

If a group date or time is changed 21 or more days before the event, a $20 service fee will be assessed. If you cancel or reschedule your group less than 21 days before the scheduled event, there is neither a refund of the deposit, nor can the deposit be applied to a future date or time. One week before the groups' program, a final count of participants must be given to the gym so that we may properly staff the party; in any event, you will be charged no less than your final count of participants. |
