Online Waiver Form

This form should be completed before entering the facility and is required for everyone (climbing or not) in our facility. If you have not been to our facility since June 1st 2021, you will have to fill out a new updated online waiver.

You may fill out a waiver at our facility upon arrival. We recommend filling out beforehand so that we can get you on the wall and having fun as fast as possible.
